Shipping policy
Orders ship via USPS Priority/First Class or UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping confirmation.
International orders are subject to USPS international rates.
Once an order is in the carrier’s possession, Harper Coffee Company is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages. Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are also the customer’s responsibility.
